Greek Fire was formed in 2008 by members from Story of the Year and Maybe Today. The group's sound has been described as a mix of Muse and 30 Seconds to Mars.

Over the past four years, Greek Fire has built a wide fanbase through word of mouth that has been spreading rapidly in the past few months. The band recently wrapped up a tour, with Story of the Year singer Dan Marsala filling in drums for Johnny, to support their album, Deus Ex Machina.

Greek Fire's drummer, Johnny Venus, was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. To help their brother, the band has made a video for their song "If This is the End (The Sound of Belief)" with all proceeds from the MP3 download going directly to Johnny's medical bills. They'll also be playing a benefit show at Busch Stadium in St. Louis on Sept. 18 to help raise money for the cause, which will also feature members of Cavo.

Check out the video for "If This is the End (The Sound of Belief)" below.
