Los Angeles throwback metallers Holy Grail, who released 'Crisis in Utopia' last year and have toured with Exodus and Saviours, just wrapped up a trek with Eluveitie. In April, the band will head right back out on the road for a month-long North American tour with Cauldron. Holy Grail will headline all US dates, while Cauldron will headline the Canadian shows.

Since spending a lot of time on the road is commonplace for Holy Grail, Noisecreep asked vocalist James Paul Luna about the tour essentials he always keeps in his knapsack. "Personally, besides a smartphone and water, the most essential thing[s] [are] vitamin C and Wet Ones antibacterial hand/face wipes," the singer said.

While cleanliness is next to Godliness, easy eats are also crucial when on tour. "I also really enjoy Cup Noodles ramen because any truck stop will let you use their hot water," Luna said.

Luna also revealed his personal 'I partied too much' cure. "My hangover helper is either Kombucha or coconut water, so I try and keep that around for after those wild nights with Exodus or Saviours," he said. "Lastly, I try and burn sage as often as possible to deodorize the van and ward off any evil spells from jealous groupies or ex-groupies."

Sounds like a man in a band who knows how to tour comfortably, cleanly, and healthily.
