What's old is new again as Midwestern mammoths Disembodied, one of the prototypical metalcore bands of the '90s, are embarking on a quick run of the East Coast that wraps this weekend in Syracuse -- which was, coincidentally, also a mecca of early metalcore in their heyday.

After a 10-year hiatus, where they were much missed despite the incredible (and short-lived) post-Disembodied project Martyr AD, Disembodied have fully emerged from hibernation and are once again writing new music, with the first song 'Caveat' premiering online thanks to our dear friends over at MetalSucks.

Disembodied will continue to write and will release an as-yet-untitled new album via Good Fight Music sometime next year. Disembodied also plan to tour behind their new album.

Check out the ''Creep Show' when Disembodied stopped by to wreak a little havoc.
