System of a Down Announce North American Tour With Deftones

System of a Down just announced a slate of North American tour dates with Deftones. The trek will kick off at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Philadelphia, Pa. on Aug. 2 and conclude on Aug. 15 at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Ill.

Serj Tankian, vocalist for System of a Down, will be releasing Harikari, his third solo album, on July 20. Deftones are currently working with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Death Angel, Foo Fighters) on their seventh studio album which will hit stores later in 2012.
