Given all the abuse that Ozzy Osbourne has inflicted on his body over the past 62 years, it might seem paradoxical for him to write a book dispensing health advice. However, that's just what the Blizzard of Ozz is doing on October 11th with the release of 'Trust Me, I'm Dr. Ozzy: Advice From Rock's Ultimate Survivor.'

All that hard living certainly taught Ozzy a thing or two about survival, and he is more than happy to pass his knowledge and wisdom along to his fans. The book compiles his health advice columns that run in the Sunday Times in his native England. The tome, said to be a mix of humor and memoir, will also include previously unpublished stories and other advice.
