Kill Devil Hill: Ex-Members of Pantera, Black Sabbath Bust Groove Metal Moves on ‘Voodoo Doll’ — (PREMIERE)
Just in case you've been living under a rock these past six months, Kill Devil Hill is the new project featuring drummer Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath, Heaven and Hell, Dio) and bassist Rex Brown (Pantera, Down). The band is rounded out by guitar slinger Mark Savon and vocalist Dew Bragg.
Formed in 2009 by Appice, it didn't take much to convince Brown to join the band: "Vinny is a brilliant drummer, and of course, I was immediately interested when he asked me whether I wanted to play bass on a demo tape he was working on." said the bassist. Next month, Kill Devil Hill will be releasing their eponymous debut album. The record was produced by Warren Riker who is best known for his work with Down, Corrosion of Conformity, Sublime, and Cathedral.
Even though Kill Devil Hill won't be out till a few weeks from now, Noisecreep already scored a copy of the record and today we're bringing you the exclusive premiere of "Voodoo Doll," a track from the forthcoming album!
