August Burns Red will drop a full-length Christmas album, August Burns Red Presents: Sleddin' Hill, A Holiday Album, this holiday season. The band always released metal holiday covers at the end of the year, but this time, they are going all out with an entire album. The album is 13 tracks and boasts fresh takes on yuletide faves like "Jingle Bells" and "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer," among others. Also, the band crafted original, headbanging holiday future classics.

The album also compiles remixed and remastered versions of the band's previous holiday hits, like "O Come, O Come Emmanuel," "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" and "Little Drummer Boy." Deck the halls, ABR-style.

"The idea of doing a full Christmas album has been floating around in the ABR camp for a few years now, but what always held us back was finding the time and energy to write an additional full-length in between touring and writing our regular records," said guitarist JB Brubaker. "After finishing 'Leveler,' I finally felt inspired enough to tackle the Christmas album idea."

Band logos are either iconic or a dime-a-dozen. The really cools ones - Slayer, Metallica, Slipknot- stand out and become part and parcel of heavy metal culture. We won't even mention the forgettable ones or the black metal band logos, which are utterly illegible and totally kvlt. Check out the Top 25 best band logos, as compiled by Loudwire. [Loudwire]
