Martins Ferry, Ohio death/thrash metal band Angelrust will release their fifth and final full-length album, 'The Nightmare Unfolds,' on March 12 on Strongold Records. The disc was recorded during various sessions in 2007 and 2008 at Emerald Sound Studio and was produced by the band and engineered by vocalist Andrew D'Cagna.

Angelrust originally self-released the record in 2008 and broke up shortly after, when guitarist and songwriter Aaron Carey decided to launch his own recording business. The band recently struck a posthumous deal with Stronghold to properly release 'The Nightmare Unfolds,' the follow-up to 2005's 'Heart Turned Cold.'

The group formed in 1999 out of the ashes of two local bands, Moonthrone and Masticated Entrails. Angelrust's self-released debut, 'Arcane,' came out in 2000, and while they never landed a record deal, they self-released five full-length albums and a live CD.
