Following a stint on this summer's Carnival of Madness tour and a series of dates sharing the bill with Art of Dying, Adelitas Way have announced they will be withdrawing from a string of upcoming November live dates. The shows with Art of Dying, Emphatic, and New Medicine, will continue as scheduled without the group.

The quintet has been offered the opportunity to open up as direct support for Guns N' Roses. Those who purchased tickets specifically to see Adelitas Way can return the tickets to their point of purchase if they so choose.

Lead singer Rick DeJesus had the following to say about the opportunity:

"Since I was a kid its always been a dream to open up for Guns N' Roses... last night I received that call. As much as I hate to cancel shows and the thought that I have let fans down upsets me... this is an opportunity that I know I will regret when I am sitting down with my grand kids if I do not accept. We have to cancel four shows in order to be direct support on two sold-out arena shows with Axl. We will make it up to Tyler, TX, Abilene. TX, Little Rock, AR and Nashville, TN. That much I promise you."
