Conservative rocker and cultural lightning rod Ted Nugent has announced that he will be naming his upcoming tour this year 'Ted Nugent Black Power 2013.'

Wait, what?

In a manifesto posted here, the Motor City Madman and notorious right-winger says that it's the Democrats, who he describes as "dirty," that are the real enemies of black Americans. He states that Democrats have worked tirelessly to "engineer the destruction of black Americans."

Uncle Ted also argues that the party's policies through the years have not helped African-Americans overcome issues of poverty and crime. He also said that the only people who don't know that the Democrats are against black Americans are black Americans.

The rock icon also says he celebrates Black History Month, which is reserved for February, on a daily basis. Nugent says that the influence he takes from black musicians like Bo Diddley, Little Richard and James Brown, is how he does it.

"There is no doubt that my 2013 tour will be the best of my life," the Nuge writes. "With world-class virtuosos paying tribute to our black heroes nightly, it is only fitting that this year's tour is aptly titled, 'Ted Nugent Black Power 2013.' Say it loud: My music is black and I'm proud!"

The Nuge, who has been vocal about his disdain for President Barack Obama, might face a little backlash for his comments, so sit back and wait for the deluge.
