The legacy of the great Steel Panther will continue with Live From Lexxi's Mom's Garage on Feb. 26. Along with a collection of fan favorites, Steel Panther will debut new material on the upcoming acoustic live album / DVD.

Heavy metal's greatest-aging quartet pulled out all the stops for Live From Lexxi's Mom's Garage. Scattered amongst the hardware and whatnot, Steel Panther perform for a garage full of 100 beautiful ladies as a classical string quartet add to Steel Panther's rich sound.

Steel Panther's setlist consists of cuts from all three full-length albums. Three tracks not found on any Panther record -- "That's When You Came In," "Michael Don't Know" and "Grindy and Sexy" -- will appear exclusively on Live From Lexxi's Mom's Garage. “It’s gonna be accompanied with a DVD as well," singer Michael Starr says. "We’re gonna debut a few new tunes on this actual unplugged, and we’re not gonna put out the new songs recorded [on a proper studio album]… We’re gonna actually record them live and release ’em."

You can check out the trailer for Live From Lexxi's Mom's Garage above and it looks like the DVD will contain more than just a concert. We're introduced to Lexxi's own room before things take a turn with Steel Panther discovering a dead body. Finally, we're introduced to Lexxi's Mom, who may or may not taking a liking to Michael Starr.
