Arrested for being just a bit too drunk out in public, Randall is explaining to the police what it was like at one of the KISS concerts he went to. He wants to share his experience with the officers, they grant his wish, and hilarity ensues.

Vocalizing the guitar parts, this man loudly sings a KISS song, though it is uncertain what song he has in his head that he's trying to drunkenly relay. He even does some air drumming when talking about how nuts Peter Criss was going as all the members had eyeballs bulging out of their heads.
