A tribute show is being planned for late rocker Jani Lane of Warrant fame. Lane passed away last Thursday, August 11th, at a hotel in Woodland Hills, California. He was 47.

The cause of death has yet to be determined, as toxicology reports have not been returned. Lane had a long history of alcohol abuse throughout his life.

Several bands from the '80s era of glam/hard rock, such as Great White, Quiet Riot and Enuff Z'nuff, are planning to come out for a memorial show celebrating Lane's life, legacy and work. The free show will take place at the Key Club in Hollywood on August 29th. Fans and friends are invited to come out and enjoy what is sure to be a celebration of all things Jani Lane.
