Great news Tool fans! It looks as though Tool are making "a lot of progress" on their next album, at least according to a recent account by a Tool insider on the band's official website. With Tool moving forward, we want to take the time to reflect on their history and this Readers Poll asks which Tool album is your favorite.

There is the band's standout debut disc, 'Undertow,' which arrived in 1993 and set the music world on fire with blistering tracks like 'Sober,' 'Prison Sex' and '4' among others. They would follow in 1996 with 'Ænima,' which showed no signs of a sophomore slump. In fact, 'Stinkfist,' 'H.,' the title track, 'Eulogy' and 'Forty Six & 2' all earned some play along the way.

'Lateralus' dropped in 2001 and kept the heaviness going with such standouts as 'Schism,' 'Parabola' and the title track. The group's impressive '10,000 Days' completed their current musical history in 2006, yielding the stellar tracks 'Vicarious,' 'The Pot' and 'Jambi' for their longtime fans.

What will they add with their new album? That remains to be seen. But for now we can reflect on the work that they've done and try to determine which disc best stands the test of time. Vote for your favorite Tool album in our Readers Poll below:
