Whenever Behemoth release a new music video it's an event. Why? Because no band on the planet, regardless of genre, consistently creates visually stunning, challenging and thought provoking clips like Poland's finest. This long tradition continues with Behemoth's new clip for "The Satanist," the title track from their most recent album.

The Satanist has been hailed as an essential 21st century metal release. Thanks to tracks like "Blow Your Trumpets Gabriel" and "Ora Pro Nobis Lucifer," we named The Satanist our No. 1 metal album of 2014. Now, deep into 2015, Behemoth surprised us with a brand new video for the album's title track, bending the realms of fantasy and reality once again.

In "The Satanist," directed by Andrzej Dragan, a confused woman walks the streets of Warsaw, Poland. The faces of all who pass are distorted, striking fear and panic into the woman as she struggles to perceive what surrounds her. You can catch the members of Behemoth scattered throughout the video along with Satanic ritualists who watch and manipulate the woman.

"Behemoth has always been about breaking boundaries, taboos, leaving its comfort zone and thinking out of the box!" says Behemoth frontman Nergal. "Here we go again with the brand new video from us. It's already the fourth official clip off The Satanist. The concept came from the director, Andrzej Dragan. It's situated in modern Warsaw in the present times. It's where the carnal world meets the unknown… it's where the ZOS meets KIA… It's where SACRUM is raped by PROFANUM…" Dragan adds, "This is a picture of alienation and ultimate rejection of an oversensitive character by an anonymous city."
