Formed in New York City back in 1989, Beggars & Thieves is the braintrust of vocalist Louie Merlino and guitarist Ronnie Mancuso. The group's 1990 self-titled debut album and its follow-up (Look What You Create) two years later, both fell victim to record label woes and commercial climate changes, but they've remained must-own records to rock enthusiasts throughout the globe decades later.

After walking away in the '90s, Merlino and Mancuso decided to join forces again and bring Beggars & Thieves' infectious brand of songwriting back to the masses. Late last year, Beggars & Thieves returned with a fantastic new album called We Are the Brokenhearted.

Produced by Kevin Churko (Ozzy Osbourne, Five Finger Death Punch), the album has received fantastic reviews all over the world and finds the band helping to bring back the time when quality hard rock still lived on radio.

Noisecreep is thrilled to bring you the online premiere of the Beggars & Thieves video for "Innocence," a track off of their latest album.

Of Beggars & Thieves' return, Mancuso says "This is just the beginning; we want to focus on Europe as well as putting our songs in movies and commercials in America. This isn't just some guy's trying to have a little fun reliving the past. We are very serious about this. We want to compete with the big boys!"

We Are the Brokenhearted is out now via Frontiers Records.
