Van Halen singer David Lee Roth didn't waste much time stopping the band's concert a few days ago in Winnipeg to chew out a fan for throwing garbage onstage.

As shown in a quick YouTube clip, the group was performing a cover of the Roy Orbison hit "Pretty Woman" when Roth was walking back to center stage at the MTS Centre when what looks to be a plastic bottle or cup is thrown from the crowd, missing Roth's leg.

"Wait a second, wait a second," Roth says before getting the group to stop the song. "Don't throw your garbage up on stage, throw your girlfriend asshole."

Earlier this year Roth had to stop a concert in Manchester, New Hampshire during the same song when a fight broke out in the audience.

"Knock off the fuckin' fighting! Fuck you!" Roth shouted at the people sparring during the March 13 gig. "You think this is a fucking mosh pit? You got all the best lookin' women on the fucking East Coast here and all you can fucking think of is fuckin' fighting?"

In related news, the group has just announced eight additional tour dates in the U.S. as part of their A Different Kind of Truth tour. The dates include stops in Spokane, Portland, Albuquerque, El Paso, Austin, Oklahoma City, Moline and Milwaukee.
