Three Days Grace just announced a special and intimate 12-city tour in advance of their highly anticipated new album, Transit of Venus.

The quartet will kick off the tour in Dallas, Texas on Monday, Oct. 8 and make stops in multiple cities across the country including New York, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, and Washington, D.C. Three Days Grace just released the first single from Transit of Venus last week entitled "Chalk Outline" which was #1 most added at Active Rock radio its first week out. Tickets for the tour go on sale Aug. 24 and will be available via ticketmaster.com.

Produced by acclaimed producer Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Hollywood Undead, Bullet for My Valentine), at Revolution Studios in Toronto, Transit of Venus will be released Oct. 2. "Chalk Outline" is now available for sale at all digital providers and a pre-order for the album is available at iTunes.
