Lamb of God Tour Canceled, Three Days Grace Return + More News
The upcoming Lamb of God/Dethklok/Gojira tour has been canceled due to LOG singer Randy Blythe's ongoing incarceration in the Czech Republic, where he faces manslaughter charges.
Lamb of God's statement is as follows:
"In light of circumstances beyond our control, the upcoming Dethklok and Lamb of God with Gojira summer tour has been canceled. Refunds will be available to customers who already purchased tickets through their point of purchase. We thank Dethklok fans for their continued support and look forward to releasing information about the band's upcoming third album and a planned fall tour in the coming weeks."
Adult Swim, the network behind Metalocalypse, on which Dethklok appears, also issued a statement about the band's future plans, which read as follows:

Three Days Grace will drop Transit of Venus on Oct. 2 via RCA Records. The Canadian crew recorded with Don Gilmore, who has twiddled knobs for the likes of Linkin Park and Bullet for My Valentine. The first single is 'Chalk Outline' and you can pick it up on Aug. 14 at all digital service providers. Three Days Grace drummer Neil Sanderson spoke about the album's direction, saying, "We went for a tighter, more articulated sound on this record. The music we were writing was a little more intricate than in the past, and we've been experimenting with new instruments." [Via Press Release]
