Texas in July Find Hope in ‘1000 Lies’

Back in mid-April, Noisecreep premiered '1000 Lies,' a blistering track from Texas in July. The song came off the the band's yet-to-be released 'One Reality' sophomore album. Now that the record has been in stores for a couple of months, the Pennsylvania quintet have teamed up yet again with Noisecreep to bring you the world premiere of the video for '1000 Lies.'

The video was filmed in Texas in July's hometown of Ephrata, Pa. and co-directed by Rasa Acharya and Gaura Vani. Featured in the video is artist and actress, Dessie Jackson. "We wanted to do something very different than our previous music videos, which were both based on live performances only," explains bassist and lyricist Ben Witkowski. "The message behind '1000 Lies' is one that means a lot to all of us and that we can all relate to, so we decided to bring the song to life. We want people to walk away from the song realizing that no matter what situation you may find yourself in, no matter how deep your problems get, or how lost you may feel - there is always hope."

'One Reality' was released on April 26, 2011 via Equal Vision Records. Texas in July is currently on the road with the 2011 Scream The Prayer tour alongside Norma Jean, Sleeping Giant, The Chariot and more. The band recently announced two new fall tours including support on their labelmates' We Came As Romans' I'm Alive Tour and a European headlining tour. All upcoming tour dates can be seen below.
