Mötley Crüe Say No New Album Soon, The Sword to Appear on Food Show + More News
Even though 'Mötley Crüe have dropped the new single 'Sex,' the band does not have an album on deck. Bassist Nikki Sixx said, "“It takes time to put together music. Right now weÂ’re just writing music.”" They have a lot of material, but can't further work on it since they are currently on tour with Kiss. Once they come off the road, they can take a stab at it. They chose to release 'Sex' without album plans since they wanted fans to hear it. [Billboard]

Double albums are in vogue. First Stone Sour and Coheed and Cambria both announced double platters, and now, Soilwork are doubling their pleasure! The latter are currently recording The Living Infinite, which will be a double disc affair. The Swedish melodic metallers are burning the midnight oil working on this beast! It's an ambitious undertaking, but Soilwork are up for it. Vocalist Björn "Speed" Strid commented, "So here's the scoop. Me and the boys have been waiting to share this for quite some time now: The Living Infinite will be a double album! A REAL double album, in the true sense of the word, which means no fillers and no leftovers."
He continued, "I've been wanting to do this for a while and I proposed the idea to the rest of the guys in the band, during our festival tour last summer. Everybody liked the title The Living Infinite and also the idea of working towards the goal of releasing a double album. David Andersson was already playing with us last summer, so he has also been a part of this goal from the start. I feel very excited and proud that we've managed to find the inspiration and dedication it takes to create somewhat of a conceptual double album, especially since it's dealing with a lot of existential questions." Remember Hollywood Undead's battle with former singer Deuce, who claimed they jumped him? Deuce, who is touring as part of UPROAR, made mention of the incident again, among other things, saying, "You know when six guys come up and go after you, when you're drunk – I don't really see that as a tough lose. If they want to grab one person and I grab one person, I'm a small dude I weigh 140 pounds, if they want to go one on one fine – not six guys jumpin' you out of nowhere. I don't know what kind of move that is." Find out more... [Loudwire]
