The metal world is still reeling from the recent death of Suicide Silence singer Mitch Lucker.

On Oct. 31, Lucker, who was 28, crashed his new Harley Davidson into a light pole near his home in Huntington Beach, Calif. and was pronounced dead at the UCI Medical Center in Orange County shortly after.

A married man with a young daughter, Lucker co-founded Suicide Silence in 2002. The band went on to release three studio albums and arguably become the most successful deathcore group on the planet.

Noisecreep photographer Charles Epting is a huge fan of Suicide Silence and got to shoot the group a few times throughout 2012. In this photo gallery, Epting shares some Lucker photos from his personal archive.
