Metallica and Foo Fighters will appear at San Francisco's Outside Lands Festival. So will Stevie Wonder and Skrillex. That's what we call eclectic. The food is supposedly top notch, too. New Jersey noiseniks Dillinger Escape Plan may be releasing an EP before they issue their next full album. Guitarist Ben Weinman tweeted the proposal to fans, posting: "So anyone think Dillinger Escape Plan should put out an ep before we release an LP?
