Limp Bizkit will play their first live show of 2011 and their first Southern California show in over a decade on September 24th. The reunited rap rockers are set to headline Epicenter, which is considered the premiere Southern California hard rock festival. The day-long show will unfold at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine. Has it really been 10 years since the Bizkit have played the Left Coast? How much have California hard rock fans missed 'em?

"Limp Bizkit is back, more dangerous and contagious than ever with our original lineup, new album 'Gold Cobra' and Epicenter to take your rock and roll fantasy past the extreme," says vocalist Fred Durst. "I promise this will be a party you do NOT want to miss. Epicenter will be our first and only Southern California shindig. And fellas, don't be mad that Epicenter will be filled with women... that's how we roll."

The party, er, show will boast 12 hours of rock music with performances from over a dozen bands spread over two stages, including Staind, Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, Buckcherry, P.O.D., Puddle Of Mudd, Asking Alexandria, Skillet, Redlight King, Middle Class Rut and Drive A. Bring your earplugs.

Tickets for the event go on sale on Saturday.
