Five Finger Death Punch’s Jason Hook Undergoes Shoulder Surgery
Five Finger Death Punch have a big fall ahead of them, but first there's some things that need tending to. Among those for guitarist Jason Hook was a shoulder surgery. The rocker just posted that he had shoulder surgery and is at home recovering.
"Laid up on the couch after today's shoulder surgery," writes Hook. "I've got new songs to learn for the tour arrrghhh." Check out his Instagram post with a photo below.
As stated, there's plenty on the horizon for the band and Hook is trying to get ready. The band will co-headline a tour with Papa Roach this fall that also includes In This Moment and From Ashes to New. Dates for the run can be found here.
"I love Jacoby [Shaddix]. He’s one of my favorite frontmen of all time. His energy is just fantastic. To get back out and really have passionate bands onstage every single night. You know they’re going to bring their A game. It’s so overwhelming to me that we’ve come so far," frontman Ivan Moody recently told Full Metal Jackie. "I think that Papa Roach and In This Moment were great decisions. Everyone is going to get what they want out of the ticket, believe me, pay the price and get down there and we’ll make it worth your while."
In addition, Five Finger Death Punch are anxiously awaiting the Sept. 4 release of their latest album, Got Your Six. The disc is currently available for pre-order via Amazon and iTunes.
