Chris Cornell has built a solid career that's spanned at least three major projects, plus his own solo work. Given his time with Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog and Audioslave, we're asking you to let us know which of Chris Cornell's songs is your favorite in our latest Readers Poll.

Obviously most of Cornell's time has been spent as a member of Soundgarden, where the band issued a string of classics in the '90s. From 'Jesus Christ Pose' through 'Blow Up the Outside World,' Soundgarden were one of rock's dominant bands until they hung it up in 1997. The band has since resurrected and given us such favorites as 'Live to Rise,' 'Been Away Too Long' and 'By Crooked Steps.'

Cornell was also part of the '90s supergroup Temple of the Dog, who scored a major radio hit with 'Hunger Strike,' featuring co-vocalist Eddie Vedder. After Soundgarden's split, Cornell took up residence in Audioslave for a majority of the 2000s. While there, he was part of such hits as 'Cochise,' 'Like a Stone,' 'Be Yourself' and 'Doesn't Remind Me' among others. And we'd be remiss if we didn't mention the singer's solo career, which yielded such songs as 'Sunshower,' 'Can't Change Me' and 'Scream.'

When you look at the listing of songs below you realize just how solid Cornell's career has been, whether in a band or as a solo artist. Now it's time to sift through his musical output and vote for your favorite Chris Cornell song in our Readers Poll below.
