Original Korn drummer David Silveria was pulled over in Huntington Beach, Calif., on Sunday and arrested for DUI, TMZ reports. The 39-year-old rocker was reportedly nabbed at 10:45AM, though it's not yet known why he was stopped.

Silveria played with Korn from 1993 until 2006, when he left to spend more time with his family and focus on running his sushi restaurant and steak house. According to Blabbermouth.net, he's since changed the steak house into a rock-and-sports theme bar and relinquished his 50 percent share of the sushi eatery to his ex-wife.

While Korn guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer indicated in 2010 that Silveria had quit playing music and gotten rid of his drums, the timekeeper recently teamed up with Riz Story and Miki Black from Anyone to form the new band Infinika.
