Original Korn drummer David Silveria has pleaded guilty to DUI after he was arrested in March 2012 for a hit-and-run.

According to TMZ, David was arrested last March in Huntington Beach, Calif. after rear-ending another car and allegedly fleeing the scene while under the influence of a sleeping pill. He claimed to have blown a 0.0 on the breathalyzer at the time he was pulled over, and said the accident "was an honest mistake."

The site reports that earlier this week, David struck a deal with prosecutors after previously pleading "not guilty" in August. In the new deal, he pled guilty to the DUI charge and therefore, prosecutors dropped the hit and run charge.

David was reportedly sentenced to three years of informal probation, and must attend a three-month first offender program and a M.A.D.D. victim impact panel.

After leaving Korn, David is now in the new band Infinka.
