Proving that there's no such thing as too much metal, the Hartford stop of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival's main stage continued the musical assault that had started on the side stages earlier in the day.

As the Mayhem Festival pulled into Hartford, one of the top draws of the day was the Jagermeister Stage. This year's lineup saw some old friends return but it also greeted a few newcomers. Metal music has always been about having an eye toward the scene's future and the Jägermeister Stage at the Rockstar Mayhem Festival has always been fertile ground for bands on their way up.

There’s no better place to see the spirit and power of the metal community than at the side stages at the Mayhem Festival, where everyone is there to be part of the experience.
