2011 Revolver Golden Gods Winners Recap
The third annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards have come and gone, as metal's biggest and brightest stars converged on Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles last night to celebrate the genre we all hold so near and dear. It's truly the biggest shindig on the metal calendar and former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach even hosted the star-studded black carpet, while wrestler and renowned metal fan Chris Jericho hosted the on-stage event.
The full list of winners and presenters is as follows. In case you weren't there, the show will be broadcast on VH1 Classic on May 28th and you'll be able to see all the performances, awards and other antics, highlights and shenanigans, such as the Black Flag jam featuring DevilDriver, Jamey Jasta and Mike Valleley, as well as the Avenged Sevenfold show closing performance, among other things.

Drum Workshop® Best Drummer Award: Mike Portnoy for his work with Avenged Sevenfold (presented by Vinnie Paul of Pantera/HellYeah)
