The Dead Lay Waiting Set to Invade America, Stream Track With Us
Formed in 2007, The Dead Lay Waiting are a young metal outfit out of England. The band has been storming Europe ever since touring with bands such as Trigger the Bloodshed and Bleed From Within, and releasing two albums on the Rising Records label.
The hotly tipped quintet recently were also nominated for two awards --'Best British Newcomer Band' (Kerrang) and 'Best Underground Band' (Metal Hammer) -- this year. The Dead Lay Waiting's sophomore album, 'Almost Heaven,' was issued this past summer overseas and will finally get a stateside release next month.
