A former personal assistant to Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich is suing the skinsman for years of unpaid overtime. Steven Wiig, 38, says that he often put in 70 hour work weeks when Ulrich was off tour. Wiig also claims that he put in over 80 hours a week when the band was on the road.

Some of Wiig's duties included chauffeuring the drummer, managing his high profile art collection, arranging his schedule and running errands, which are things that most assistants do. The case is set to go before a judge this June. Details, like how much Wiig is looking to be compensated for, are not yet available.
