Infernal Tampa, Florida death metal veterans Diabolic will release their fifth album, 'Excisions of Exorcisms, on April 20 on Deathgasm Records.

The record was recorded at D.O.W. Studios in Seffner, Florida and as was produced by Juan "Punchy" Gonzalez (Morbid Angel, Terrorizer, Unholy Ghost). Tracks include 'Hellish World,' 'Venomous Habitations,' 'Bloodwashed' and 'Fragmented Kreations.' The cover art was created by Joe Petagno, who has previously worked with Motorhead, Marduk, Krisiun and Angelcorpse.

Since they formed in 1997, Diabolic have been through numerous lineup shifts and even went on a three-year hiatus in 2003. The band currently consists of three original members -- bassist and vocalist Paul Ouellette, guitarist Kelly McLauchlin (ex-Unholy Ghost, Pessimist) and drummer Aantar Coates – along with guitarist Jeff Parrish (ex-Blastmasters), who joined in 2007, replacing R.J. Reinagle.

'Excisions of Exorciscm' will be Diabolic's first album under a new publishing deal with Salem Rose Music Publishing, which has also worked with Warbringer, Abigail Williams and Pathology.
