The screamo scene is saturated with one faceless act after the other, but A Shattered Hope buck that issue with their dynamic take on the post-hardcore sound. The San Diego, Calif. quartet inject their songwriting with a healthy dose of sleaze 'n' roll hookiness, making even their most aggressive moments highly catchy affairs.

A Shattered Hope will be issuing 'See You at the Grammys,' a must-own EP for fans of Every Time I Die, Alexisonfire and other like-minded groups. Noisecreep got its hands on 'A Man's Loss,' one of the record's standout tracks.

"The song is about not forgetting where you came from no matter where you are in your life. It's also about not giving up on your goals and dreams," drummer-vocalist Nate Hess tells Noisecreep. Check out the song under the cut.
