Vinnie Paul Speaks Out About Randy Blythe Situation + More News

Vinnie Paul, who tragically lost his beloved brother Dimebag Darrell to an onstage shooting in December 2004, commented on the Randy Blythe situation.

Blythe is languishing in a Czech Republic prison, facing manslaughter charges after a May 2010 incident where a fan died after an alleged onstage altercation with the Lamb of God singer. Paul knows this scenario all too well, saying, "After seeing what happened first-hand to my brother, none of us thought that there was an evil bone in that guy's skin when he came up onstage. He looked like a security guard or a cop and ten seconds later four people are dead, you know? You don't know if that's going to be a high-five or a loose cannon with a fucking knife."

The HELLYEAH drummer came to Blythe's defense, all the while expressing sympathy for the person who died, saying, "If he did anything to protect himself, he had the right to as far as I'm concerned. He's the fucking nicest guy in the fucking world."
