To tide us over until the next Napalm Death album comes out, whenever that may be, the grind icons are dishing out a double dose of rarities and cover tracks across a two-disc set, Coded Smears and More Uncommon Slurs. "Call That an Option?" is one of the 29 tracks included and you can check it out above.

The song is culled from the Smear Campaign sessions taking us back to 2006. It's typical neck-wrecking Napalm Death that hammers away with blasting fury before being halted by crusty riffs and the war between the two rages on. There's some discordant, atonal guitar work in play with Mitch Harris' eviscerating high shrieks to counter Barney Greenway's red-faced rage.

Coded Smears and More Uncommon Slurs comes out March 30 through Century Media and you can pre-order the compilation here. Catch Napalm Death on the road this summer as they support Slayer on the second leg of their U.S. farewell tour with Lamb of God, Anthrax, and Testament in tow.

Oh, and remember when Barney Greenway tried to teach a British politician how to scream live on the radio? Yeah, you can revisit that here.
