Miss May I Unleash Brutal ‘I.H.E.’ Video
Nothing says hate like banishing someone to a dark and desolate fate, and Miss May I have the right visual to go with that mindset. The band just released the new video for "I.H.E." and it's a pretty disturbing clip.
Starting off moody and ominous, the song eventually kicks in with Miss May I's trademark brutality. And helping to portray the sense of heaviness are band performance shots filmed by director Max Moore with a shaky camera viewpoint. Meanwhile, the story part of the clip shows off a darker side.
It centers on a teen boy forced to work with an abusive authority figure as they craft a coffin and prepare to drag it out into the woods. But enough is enough for the youth at one point, as he tackles the other guy and gives the coffin the body it's been deserving with some fiery consequences to boot. Check out the video in the player above.
"I.H.E." is featured on Miss May I's latest album, Deathless, due Aug. 7 via Rise Records. Pre-orders are being taken for the disc at this location. Miss May I are currently promoting the disc during their summer run on the Vans Warped Tour. Dates can be found here.
