South America is one lucky continent. Headbangers in the region will be treated to the Metal Allstars Tour, featuring Soulfly's Max Cavalera, Philip Anselmo and Anthrax's Joey Belladonna, among others.

The tour is shrouded in mystery, with very few concrete details rising to the surface. But the details are merely a formality at this point since the participants are so potent and no matter what this tour encompasses, it's going to be good. The trek is scheduled to take place in November.

Confirmed participants include Udo Dirkschneider (U.D.O., Accept); Brian Fair, Jon Donais and Matt Bachand (Shadows Fall); Jasin Todd (Shinedown); Aaron Rossi (Ministry); and more to be announced.

A portion of the proceeds from the Metal Allstars Tour will be donated to Ride for Dime, a charity setup in Dimebag Darrell's honor.

Short videos featuring players found them offering more hints. Cavalera says the tour will take place in November in South America and promises that things will be insane, reminding us that he loves collaborations. One needn't look any further than a Soulfly album for proof of that.

Belladonna warns fans to get ready and to stay tuned for more details, while Fair said he is stoked since it will be a killer time and a killer party. Two horns up.
