Killswitch Engage Vocalist Jesse Leach Checks in From the Trespass America Tour (EXCLUSIVE)
Earlier this year, Killswitch Engage made huge headlines when it was announced that Jesse Leach would be returning to their ranks after almost a decade away from the band. American fans are currently getting to see the Massachusetts metallers live on the Trespass America Festival tour along with Five Finger Death Punch, Emmure, God Forbid, Pop Evil, and Battlecross. From all reports, it seems the time away from each other did nothing but make Killswitch all the more mightier.
In this Noisecreep exclusive, Jesse Leach checks in from the Trespass America tour and gives us his thoughts on being back in the group after so many years.
From Jesse Leach:
Well, we have been out for a month now on the Trespass America tour. This tour has been so much fun for me personally and for us as a band. We are in the groove and having a blast. All of the bands are rocking the crowds and the vibe is real positive. We have been playing a new song in the set and it is starting to feel really good and people are already singing along to it!
I want to say a HUGE thank you to the fans for the love and support especially for making me feel welcomed back.
So to everyone reading this, from all of us, thank you for coming out to these shows giving the new line up a chance and supporting Killswitch. Also a huge thank you to our crew who have worked tirelessly to set up break down and just go above and beyond to make us sound and look good, we could not do this with out you guys! Only a few weeks left of this tour and we head home to finish a record! So to the 5 Finger D.P. family, all the bands, to our fans & friends Thank you! We are having a blast out here & we are just getting started!
