Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe has returned to the Czech Republic and is currently standing trial for charges of manslaughter related to the death of a fan who sustained brain injuries after he stormed the stage during a LoG show in 2010. The trial began yesterday (Feb. 4), and Blythe referred to himself as "calm and prepared" via social media. While addressing the court, he said, "I've kept my word. I said that I would come back to court today and I did. I do not shy away from responsibility. I'm not a person who runs away from problems. But I do not want to be punished for something I did not do." We wish the singer the best as he faces these charges and applaud him for being a bigger man by returning to the country in which he was jailed to face his fate. [Lambgoat]

All That Remains' latest single, "Stand Up," has landed at No. 1 on the Active Rock radio charts! Congrats to the Massachusetts metal band for achieving this impressive accolade pertaining to the first single from 2012's A War You Cannot Win album. It's also a momentous occasion because it's the band's first-ever chart topper.

All That Remains singer Philip Labonte said, "When I woke up this AM, I had an email in my inbox informing me that 'Stand Up' is going to be the No. 1 rock song in the U.S. We are massively humbled and thank all the stations who've been playing it and more importantly thanks to everyone who's called and requested it. Who'd a thunk it?" Congrats again to ATR! [Via Press Release]
