DevilDriver to Release ‘Winter Kills’ Album in Late Summer
"Winter" will be killing in late summer, as DevilDriver will release their new album and Napalm Records debut 'Winter Kills' on Aug. 27. The disc was recorded at both Florida's Audio Hammer Studios as well as singer Dez Fafara's home studio in Los Angeles.
The album will be available in four configurations, including a deluxe digibook that includes two bonus tracks in the form of 'Shudder' and 'Back Down to the Grave.' It also features a live DVD, with 45 minutes of DevilDriver taking the stage and slaughtering everything in their path. The live DVD is raw, with no overdubs, so it's DevilDriver in their most natural state.
There will also be a standard CD, a digital version, and for the very first time in the band's decade-plus history, DevilDriver will issue a double LP gatefold edition, which will include those aforementioned extra tunes and a digital download.
Pre-order the bundle packages here, which include designs and items that are exclusive to each option.
