Babymetal Announce First U.S. Arena Headline Show, Tease May Single
Get ready, Babymetal fans! The rest of 2019 should start up the frenzy once again. The big news for the band at the moment is that they've announced their first ever U.S. arena headlining show, which will take place at the Forum in Los Angeles on Oct. 11.
Tickets for this very special date will go on sale to the general public at 10AM PT on April 26. However, there will be a Babymetal pre-sale at 10AM PT on April 23. Check the band's website for details.
Babymetal should also have some new music to share by the time they hit the stage. The group shared a Geki Rock tweet that suggests that they'll have a new single arriving in May. The track "Elevator Girl" will be digitally released on May 10, which is closing in fairly soon. The girls have already played the song live, so you can get a taste of that below.
As announced at the beginning of this month, Babymetal does intend on releasing a new album this year. This will be their first release without vocalist Yuimetal, who exited the group last year.
