Anthrax, Dio + More Releasing ‘Snapshot’ Music + Photo Collections
Classic metal acts like Anthrax and Dio, as well as modern prog rockers Between the Buried and Me, are participating in the new 'Snapshot' series, a release program devised by their either current or former distributor Red.
Each release includes 10 songs along with four photos, and will sell for less than eight dollars. You do the math -- that's some seriously affordable metal and a, well, 'Snapshot' of each band.
The 'Snapshot' releases land in stores on Aug. 20 and feature classic and live cuts, as well as some covers. These 'Snapshots' certainly offer an overview of each act and we'll never complain about celebrating the late, great Ronnie James Dio's legacy! You can never have enough RJD in your life and this release is a great way to push him to the forefront of people's minds again.
