The Acacia Strain Book Summer 2013 Tour

The Acacia Strain's newest members will be thrown right into the fire this summer when the band heads back on tour. The group recently saw the exit of guitarist Daniel Laskiewicz, but they added a pair of axemen -- Devin Shidaker and Richard Gomez in his stead.

The tour, dubbed the 'No Way Out' trek, will be the first series of dates for the newcomers and they'll quickly have to pick up songs from the 'Death Is the Only Mortal' album that was released last year as well as the band's back catalog.

The trek will find the Acacia Strain playing with a number of acts. The entire trek kicks off Aug. 13 in Chicago and runs through Sept. 13. Fit for an Autopsy will open all shows, while Xibalba will play select dates starting from the tour's opening day. Within the Ruins and American Me both join the run Aug. 21 in Dallas and continue through the rest of the run.
