Last week it was neck-and-neck between HIM's 'Into the Night' and Black Label Society's 'Ain't No Sunshine' until BLS rallied late to take the Battle Royale Video Countdown title. But this week there was no denying HIM as 'Into the Night' snagged the No. 1 spot.

It doesn't get much tighter than this, but Zakk Wylde and Black Label Society edged those love metal masters HIM in this week's Noisecreep Battle Royale Top 10 Video Countdown. Black Label Society's fans rallied late to push the horse-tastic 'Ain't No Sunshine' video past HIM's 'Into the Night' with 17 percent of the total vote. HIM settled for second with just shy of 16 percent of the final tally.

Black Label Society have released the music video for their cover of the bluesy classic ‘Ain’t No Sunshine.’ Though the music stays true to the melancholy tone of the Bill Withers original, the video heads in the opposite direction.

Zakk Wylde, the leader of Black Label Society, is known for his burly physique, gruff voice, self-deprecating personality and insatiable love for the Yankees. He's dead serious, though, when it comes to his guitar and his music. For the band's cover of Bill Withers' 'Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone,' the beefy guitarist showed off his softer, gentler and more thoughtful side.

There's a whole lot of reworked and stripped down Zakk Wylde and Black Label Society music on the way in the form of the new 'Unblackened' DVD and Blu-ray. The collection, in all its formats, is scheduled to drop on Sept. 24.
