You may not have heard of New England's Prospect Hill yet, but don't worry, you will. Newly signed to Carved Records and preparing to release Impact on Aug. 28, these self-starters are on the verge of some big things, thanks to their gnarly hard rock anthems and the grassroots way in which they established a local following and stronghold. Noisecreep is happy to make a national introduction to the band with the premiere of this provocative, emotionally weighty and fan-funded video for 'Come Alive,' which meshes performance footage with a heavy narrative. It follows a couple not getting along, starting out at a grave site and then revisiting their relationship via flashbacks.

"When determining an approach on the video for 'Come Alive,' we had to come up with something effective in conveying lyrically what was going on and keeping it within our budget that was raised by our fans through a Kickstarter campaign," drummer Mark Roberge told Noisecreep. "After going back and forth brainstorming ideas with producer Torey Champagne, we came up with the concept and decided to add a live performance element within the story for people that have yet to see us perform."

Roberge continued, "The video's story takes you through a relationship between two people who are having normal issues we all face on a day-to-day basis, such as paying bills and being unhappy with your job. There is also an element of prescription drug addiction that isn't so apparent in the video, but does go hand-in-hand with the lyrics."

There's a serious overarching message inherent in the clip, with Roberge admitting, "The moral of the story is you are gifted everyday with the ability to breathe oxygen and live, laugh, cry and just experience life. We forget how precious our lives our and how much we take for granted until its too late. Don't let it be too late, get out there and live your life!"

Amen to that.
