Lamb of God have launched a legal defense fund for Randy Blythe. The singer, who was imprisoned in the Czech Republic for five weeks, is home, but he still faces manslaughter charges and will return to Prague to stand trial. That means massive and mounting legal bills which are well beyond his salary. To help defray the cost of his defense, the band has created an eBay auction of equipment and memorabilia. The money will be used to pay Randy's legal bills. All equipment was either used on tour or in the recording studio or in a video. So it's pieces of the band's history. The auction features items provided by all five members of the band. Other musicians have contributed equipment, like Slash! Happy bidding. It's for a good cause. [eBay]

Aussie rockers The Amity Affliction will release Chasing Ghosts via Roadrunner on Oct. 2, but they just dropped the brand new song "RIP Bon" from the album. No, it's not about late AC/DC frontman Bon Scott, either. It's a full on blast of melodic, molten metal, so check it out and enjoy. You can catch the band on the Alternative Press tour all fall long.

U.K. barnstormers Bring Me the Horizon are in a Sheffield, U.K. studio writing their next album. They will remain holed up for another three weeks before beginning pre-production. The boys say the songs "sound awesome." So modest, right? We don't doubt that new BMTH is thoroughly awesome. RCA Records will release the new album in spring of 2013. [Lambgoat]
