Five Finger Death Punch have unleashed a game-play video for their new single 'Battleborn' (watch above). The action-packed clip was created by Machinima director jackfrags and is based on the video game 'Battlefield 4.'

Machinima is an online entertainment network showing trailers, gameplay, montages and original series created in video games. The clip includes around two minutes of 'Battleborn,' which is just over half of the song.

'Battleborn' is the first single from 5FDP's upcoming album ‘The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell: Volume 2,’ set for a Nov. 19 release. Those who pre-order the album through iTunes get an instant download of 'Battleborn.'

In a recent interview, guitarist Zoltan Bathory talked about the benefits of doing a double album. "Recording two albums actually gave us a really interesting opportunity," Bathory stated.." When you have 10, 11 songs on a record. If I start to experiment and start to do something progressive, that’s almost stepping away from our sound. Because you always have to push it a little bit. If I do two to three songs, that’s one third of the record. A lot of fans will say what are they doing? So it doesn’t really give you space, 10 songs. You don’t have enough space on the record to experiment."

Bathory also said, "So, here’s two records. There’s plenty for everybody, we could experiment a little bit. We could push the envelope a little bit. We could put some progressive pieces and our typical brutalizing licks that we always do. It opened up everything for us."

Five Finger Death Punch kick off their fall tour this weekend at the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento.
