Dragonforce burst onto the metal scene with their breakthrough album 'Inhuman Rampage' in 2006. The album was an exercise is guitar playing excess with all sorts of weird noises and video game sounding effects peppered into the lightning fast power metal. In this video recorded for Blender, guitarist Herman Li shows us how to do some of those tricks!

The first noise he demonstrates is dubbed "the Pac-Man noise," which is played by scraping the strings with a detached whammy bar. Other tricks include an elephant noise, a motorcycle changing gears and crashing and some dive bombs. It's a way to make a cool noise and possibly break a string in the process. Check out the video to learn how to do it all!
