Dream Theater singer James LaBrie wants to write another solo album and take the band on the road for a tour, but says timing is the issue.

After already touring Europe and Russia earlier this year, a new batch of legends have been recruited for an upcoming string of 2014 dates.

Drummer Mike Portnoy left Dream Theater a few years ago, but in a recent interview said he'd be open to rejoining the band. Now, in an interview with Chile's Radio Futura, the same outlet that Portnoy gave his comments to, DT singer James LaBrie seemed to shut the door on a reunion (quotes via Blabbermouth).

Just days after telling Noisecreep that his upcoming solo trek would be an intimate experience for fans, James Labrie, who also fronts Dream Theater, has been forced to cancel his solo tour in support of 'Static Impulse.' An official press release cited "unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances" as the reason for the tour's cancellation...
